DAY OF COORDINATION
This package is for the client who wants the planning process to be as stress-free as possible. All you'll do is choose your preferences from the options presented by our wedding planners and our team will handle the rest! All the meetings, details and implementation will be taken care of. This client get to make the choices, then relax and enjoy their beautiful day. This extensive package includes:

- Unlimited consultation appointments
- Budget creation
- Assistance in choosing attire
- Creation of planning timeline
- Organization of site visits and assistance in choosing a venue (limit 5 site visits)
- Venue contract negotiations
- Vendor recommendations, quotes and contract negotiations
- Arrangement and attendance of all vendor meetings
- Booking of accommodations for bridal party, if needed
- Hotel room block negotiations for out of town guests
- Advisement on etiquette and traditions
- Creation of wedding day itinerary to include ceremony and reception order
- Creation of floor plan and seating chart
- Environment design of ceremony and reception space
- Continuous correspondence throughout the planning process
- Organization of wedding processional and recessional
- Assistance in choosing music
- Attending final walk through at the venue
- Access to our Emergency Kit
- Unlimited on-site directing/ coordination of the rehearsal, ceremony and reception

This package costs $5000.
This is for the client who has already done some of the planning, but would like assistance in choosing vendors, event styling and a coordinator onsite to keep things running smoothly on the day of the wedding. This package includes:

- Five consultation appointments
- Vendor recommendations, quotes and contract negotiations
- Arrangement and attendance of four vendor meetings
- Creation of wedding day itinerary to include ceremony and reception order
- Creation of a floor plan and seating chart
- Environment design of ceremony and reception space
- Continuous correspondence throughout the planning process
- Organization of wedding processional and recessional
- Assistance in choosing music
- Attending final walkthrough at venue
- Access to our Emergency Kit
- Two TME team members for your rehearsal, ceremony and reception
- Up to 12 hours of on-site directing/ coordination of the rehearsal (typically 1 hour), ceremony and reception

This package costs $2500.
This package is for the client who is doing all of the planning, but needs help with the final details. Our team will run your rehearsal and make sure that everything goes according to plan on your big day. This package includes:

- Two consultation appointments 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding date
- Communication with all vendors starting one month prior to the wedding date
- Creation of wedding day itinerary to include ceremony and reception order
- Attending final walk through at the venue
- Access to out Emergency Kit
- Two TME team members for your rehearsal, ceremony and reception
- Up to 9 hours of on-site directing/ coordination of the rehearsal (typically 1 hour), ceremony and reception
